Privacy policy

Who is responsible
The data controller is the individual who publishes this site under the trade name Quantovia Labs, based in France (see the legal notice). Contact for any privacy question, including a request for the controller’s full identity: privacy@quantovialabs.com.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist sign-ups (the waitlist is currently closed): your email address, the market you selected (optional), the date and time of sign-up, the country your connection comes from, and a record of your consent. We use this only to email you about the Gamma Gate beta and launch. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Emails you send us: your message and contact details, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party trackers or fonts. That is why there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores waitlist sign-ups and forwards emails sent to our addresses.
- Google LLC (Gmail) is the mailbox where emails sent to us are delivered.
Both providers may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. When paid plans launch, a payment provider will be added and this policy will be updated before then.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 3 years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@quantovialabs.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
